Meet Chef Brett Zubek, Executive Chef.

A Euclid native, Chef Zubek’s passion for food started at the ripe age of 14. He worked his way up the chain through various local restaurants, but it wasn’t until he joined Flour, a well-known Italian restaurant in Cleveland, OH, that he learned the skills to take his career to the next level. Chef Zubek joined Sol as a Sous chef and worked up to executive chef in just one year.

Chef knows food; and continuously comes up with inventive and delicious dishes to keep the menu fresh. Since his promotion to Executive Chef, Sol has won Best of the East and the top spot on Cleveland’s Hot List for his brunch. He has earned individual awards for his amazing dishes, has appeared on local TV with poise and his food has been recognized and featured in articles. Here are some of his recent achievements, but you have to taste his food to experience his talents first hand.
